With it's 'Cash Burn' situation, Plug will run out of capital to keep it's business going and it will run out before the end of the year. How is Plug going to raise capital to stay in business? I find this an interesting report from Amazon who will implement the same Plug Power โdesign, build, commissionโ off-site modular spec for new Ai Data Centers. Reducing cost and commissioning time to market. Plug has been doing the same at builder site resulting in quicker shipments, volume and shorten implementation. Seems like a small change but larger returns and up-time to commercialize new sites. How Plug is confident to take on larger sites with many more standardized mw devices we are seeing now. GALP was the proving ground for going forward. We all remember how many months it took for Plug to open their 3 H2 hubs. Those were the crazy lost days and cash....

This 275MW deal just announced a few weeks ago for Hy2genโs Courant plant, Plug sold a little over 300 MW in all of 2025 so this is pretty significant to have a 275MW deal right out of the gate no? Now when they actually can recognize the revenue matters if they can complete the project in 2026 or 2027?...

I just saw Linde Gas has introduced a web site โorder on-demandโ for daily needed for the gas you want. Think I heard of a similar program a couple years ago. Maybe Plug๐. Basically Plug was first with this planning and Iโm sure Linde has ramped up with this announcement. Of course Linde is a large supplier to Plug. Still not fully clear how Plugโs expanded hiring of mid to high level software engineers might be involved. Wait and see....

A squeeze only happens when there are more buyers then sellers and they want in Now ! Depends on the MM and how honest he is. Plus how high does it go before the holders decide they want to sell. The basic understanding is how much do the shorts want to loose before they bail out.look up the holders of the short shares and buy will see that most shorts are not the big big bear fund holders or the banks, itโs mostly med size holders playing hedge. But volume dictates the higher the short interest the higher vol is needed to cover or the squeeze takes much longer to cover This large short interest plus the fact plug is in turnaround mode and is showing tremendous performance potential very soon will make most holders hold until it tops out. Bloom, NASDAQ, SP500 all making higher highs today, but not Plug. Is it running out of steam again? Is this the best longs can hope for? Remember, Plug is still losing hundreds of millions of dollars every quarter, still has $1 billion in debt, and is still growing it's $1.4 billion shares outstanding, so maybe Plug's share price shouldn't even be this high. Demand for green hydrogen production products is growing at a snails pace compared to expectations, and Plug has plenty of competitors....

Well Everett this one's for you, because this trend line is more than one day or one week. Plug with a 142.5% return over the past year and a 22.9% gain year to date, has a lot of room left to run sitting at $2.78 a share. In my opinion it's like being in on the early stages of a Amazon an apple or Microsoft in their infancy. I believe there's lots of opportunity here....

The trend for plug is green well into earnings. The few red days we may have just indicate some profit taking and not a down turn. I think Plug will have some positive news soon. They impose a black out period prior to earnings but they can release info from a closed qtr if they decide to. Waiting on a train waiting at the station waiting for that bell to ring....

Plug says they have visibility for the entire year. So they have probably booked 1/2 3/4 signed projects and just waiting on some other stuff for the rest. I think they are gonna meet the break even and because of this mess in the ME will accelerate their schedule and pick up two maybe 3 extra urgent deals from a few Ammonia and Helium customers. This will push them to a positive + EBITA.. we will see how close the 1st qtr brings them into profitability but I donโt expect any names but soon I believe we will hear more about how the 2nd and 3rd have captured companies accelerating interest and capital outlays for GH and GA production. It takes 55kWh of electricity to produce 1 kilo of hydrogen through electrolysis. One kilo of hydrogen produces about 18Kwh of electricity when run through a PEM fuel cell, and that is why it is highly unlikely that data centers will be powered by electricity generated by hydrogen in a PEM fuel cell. It is far cheaper to use the electricity needed to produce hydrogen through electrolysis to power data centers directly. It is simple arithmetic, people. Data centers compete with green hydrogen production for cheap renewable electricity. Either you refuse to accept this or you can't follow the arithmetic....

Plug Power. What is the true cost of generating electricity from $110/barrel of crude oil that is no longer a dependable resource unless you live in the right state and country? Youโre still billed at spot price regardless. You read some ancient published pricing for electricity and yet nobody knows how to calculate a new cost of electricity adjusted to current cost of materials. We are being taken advantage of but I would look hard at Plug Power and H2 we can make than oil having more disadvantage....

Plug has nothing to offer AI data centers that Bloom cannot give them 5 times cheaper. There is no infrastructure, no hydrogen pipelines like there is for natural gas. Data centers would have to rely on specialized delivery trucks and specialized tanks for holding a limited supply of hydrogen, whereas natural gas can be delivered as needed through existing pipelines. This would make hydrogen 5 to 10 times more expensive than natural gas. There will never be a rush to hydrogen like there was to natural gas,...

Thankfully the UK and EU have published all their work they have been doing connecting piping north to south in the UK using existing natural gas pipelines to be able to use H2 or Nat Gas. Even a blend of gases has been conducted in the US in several states. Plus the EU from Baltic Countries down through Germany and out of Italy have been trenched to install another H2 pipe line into N Africa. Africa has announced A China Company is looking at build a 500,000 ton H2 facility there. One section in Germany has required using a special sleeve so they can pump H2 through it. Other larger piping has been installed resistant to pure hydrogen. Testing, design, changes is allowing them to use old Nat gas piping....

Plug is primarily in mobility and stationary backup supply. They are entering in "Peaker Power" supply with the PJM bid (this is exciting if they get any part of that bid). Both are using the same marbles (hydrogen) playing on different playing field (not direct competitors). Ballard and Fcel are more direct competitors....

Something everyone needs to remember, Some business proโs will know this but for investors remember PLUG IS AN OEM. I have no doubt that many big dealers who get big contracts will be using ProGen and Plugs infrastructure Groupings. And Iโll tell you there are issues with solid oxide that will limit some of the deals. These will become apparent when you least expect them....

I think Amazon will hire Plug to supply their new Cloud Satellite service systems. I imagine Amazon will build their own network of Datacenters with Amazon AWS incorporating the entire Amazon-ecosystem of services. You never know but I think when the deal hits itโs going to be a 5+ billion dollar project...

Plugs investors are so ready and the ones on the fence want to dive in This company is going to be so hot when it takes off I think we will gap up several times and bust the doors off . JMO but Plug is ready with the three Green Ammonia deals and the Possibility of the 3 Data centers from a few big companies that itโs just a matter of patience. Looking at plugs competition Plug is 4 x the size of Bloom and the deals at plug are ranging at 2gw plus. And not just one or two but three snd four this year. The Twiggy connection down under is a bazooka in the industry where the Dollars in that deal keeps growing and growing....

no matter what people say, plug cannot survive unless they dramatically increase their prices. shaving costs isnt enough. they are barely squeaking out a positive gross margin. add all the sg&a on top of that and sorry, nowhere evenly remotely close to profitability. They'd need to double their prices, but they cant because their product isnt attractive or money saving. It's a money pit. Plug will dissolve within 2 years time....

Canada suspending their fuel excise tax until Labor Day on gasoline and diesel 10 cents per liter. Or about 35 cents a gallon. And we will be raising fuel prices as it goes up more. Renewables like H2 should be steady for a while since some is based on contract off-takes. No ocean freight, tariffs. Tanker distribution might go up a little more....

We bought grey Hydrogen for 3x what we sold it for while Bloom made their own grey Hydrogen. Made no sense why we wouldnโt do that instead of lose $$ on every single kg we sold to Walmart, Amazon and HD....

The big drag on PP shares is the short % and it is at 23.61% of outstanding shares. The shorts are playing defense with lower the ask every time they short more to put share price from running away from them. Lately they are losing small but a few announcements they will lose BIGLY. One poster here which I believe is a bot keeps comparing the price of other Hydrogen Co. with very little presents of shorted shares. BE 9.87%, FCEL 6.59%, BLDP 6.11% . The shorts are very nervous with losing there gains in PP and can't figure how to buy back the shares they borrowed....

How long does one of the 5x3.5x5 solid oxide FuelCell last , how long does the chemicals last until they degrade snd need to be replaced. When the voltage starts to drop the current would naturally try to go up but it canโt , this is where solid oxide has problems. The resistance stays the same so the unit begins to heat up dramatically and if itโs not shut down it will melt down and damage anything directly hooked to it. Assuming itโs running through a transformer snd solid state filtered inverter they still are susceptible to what I call slap happy which is transformer thumping. If BE doesnโt have the very best regulation devices you can bet they will eventually fry some servers.I wonder how they handle lightning hits and overloads from ground hits snd building hits.I never considered solid oxide as a permanent solution to power. This $3 level is likely not going to be easy to crack. If memory serves me, there is $400mm or so of debt that is convertible into 133million or so shares at $3. So, I would expect lots of convertible arbitrage at these levels. If the MMs can indeed somehow push this stock meaningfully above $3 (with the result being full conversion of the $400mm), then the balance sheet sure ends up looking a good bit nicer imo. And then the next level of major resistance would seemingly be $7 (a level at which I am pretty sure someone holds 200mm warrants -- i.e., potential equity raise of $1.4BB). It's getting interesting.
