Judging looking at 5 or 6 new field tech jobs posted by Plug. Good to post them about now. One is at their parts storage Hub in Dayton Ohio. Others for Amazon, Walmart sites, Stellantis, HD. Good timing and long term customers. I still believe they got or will the number of votes for #2. We shall know tomorrow but I think most companies would already be in a hiring freeze. They still have to service customers in a re-structured event....

Some countries where there is a few very large holders do not exactly have an internet of free speech and there cell phone is limited to regional or country state limitations. Andy has said so much regarding this. But there are ways around that and I hope Plug has done that or they will need special implementations of some reserved special class voting requirements and systems. I can’t elaborate but the proxy holders have unique access privileges and rights that allow them certain liberties in fulfillment of their tasks as proxy managers....

I'm afraid the verdict will be a reverse stock split. The stock price will crash and the shareholders will be ripped off. If the vote will be YES, probably the stock price will go down but after few days will stay over $1. And depending on the evolution of the business could go up with ups and downs. Powell should be indicted. Not for his extravagant overspend on the FED buildings but for his massive partisan harm to the US economy. He has been trying to engineer a jobs recession. Most of his damage on this was done by refusing to cut rates in the first half of 2025 and now we are seeing it with his early pause on rate cuts. The FFR is currently at least 150 basis points too high. Release some news. Give investors an idea of what’s actually going on. When people are left in the dark they have a complete reluctance to do what you’re asking them to do. It’s not too difficult. As a side note I’m in the uk, I have tried contacting them voting with my shares but can’t even get a response. I do think it’s worth keeping my money invested for the long term but owning this stock is exhausting, I feel like I actually work full time for plug. I won’t be surprised if plug drops this vote snd issues a second snd third class of shares that will fall in there allotted Amount by charter. Then they can reset the time of ownership and they can continue this vote during normal business without this headache of Lost shares or GenX or millennial shareholders who don’t have a clue . Andy will find a way to garner additional shares from the pool of locked up shorts or he will revert to asset based securities in a divided company. Well it looks like article 2 will pass and Plug will have the authorization to issue new shares. Plug doesn’t need to issue new shares this year to raise cash. However, they may need the shares, as Andy mentioned, for a merger or acquisition. Plug must see that the data centers opportunity is huge, but the hydrogen supply limits use of their Gendrive fuel cells.Plug needs to acquire or merge with a company whose fuel cells run on natural gas or hydrogen....

What is this massive dip in most stocks that I look up at exactly 8 am? It's in nearly every chart. This is not coincidently also the exact time yesterday that all of the stocks saw a massive dip although they did not recover yesterday. Is it an algorithm someone is running to lower the prices?...

Jack and his minions likely work for a short side Hedge fund hired to create FEAR and uncertainty to keep the share price "depressed" to allow the Strategic Acquirer (and large institutions) an opportunity to acquire Plug shares from "retail investors" at these discounted prices. Common Wall Street practice that has been going on since the creation of the free market. $10+...

from PLUG: We are asking you to vote YES on Proposal 2, which increases the number of authorized shares. If Proposal 2 does not pass, Plug will be forced to implement a reverse stock split to meet our contractual obligations by the end of February – something no one wants. As I said in a prior blog, a no vote is effectively a vote for both an increase in authorized shares and a reverse stock split. That is simply the reality. I know some retail investors are voting no as a protest against management because of the decline in the stock price. I understand the frustration. But voting no as a protest ultimately hurts both shareholders and the company. Remember to vote, FYI: if you voted NO and have doubts, you can always change your vote to YES. First ten minutes after opening the volume exceeded 8M and it hit $ 2.00, while premarket kept going up, too! And, the dedicated shorts and vested-interest associated agents filled up this board with bashing and innuendos trying to sway gullible! Didn’t work! The true fact the knowledgeable know is that the SP is too low keeping in view the assets’ (both intellectual and physical) value, several major-company clients, and futuristic nature of the business (not a mom-pap grocery business that collapses with poor management!) with clear prospects for increasing healthy demand. Shorts are blind and have no idea of what is really going on in the world because they spend all their time talking to each other on this board like a ghetto gathering! How can they ever get the understanding of fundamentals! So…stay put if invested in PP. and keep reading between the lines, which shorts can’t!...

Andy will speak soon regarding the Boards intention and the coming Business. Plug does not desire to harm the share price. But it’s known they need operations funding for build outs and projects. They are not going bankrupt nor do they want a RS so I’ll wait and see how they decide to move forward. I think they have other solutions....

Overly valued Bloom Energy after a strong 4th Qtr Performance could not be allowed to go any higher knowing Plug Power would expect the same treatment when there 4th qtr report is released…. Its coming longs… with tons of shorts lifting us to new highs!!!!. The trap has been set....

Like someone else said, approved authorized share count gets its price up 10 to 20% if I recall. It does pay be on the right side of the positivity fence and be optimistic. We have great opportunities ahead in the electrolizer market. We need be convincing to those clients and show capabilities in execution as we have already demonstrated in Portugal and many other projects. We have a reshuffled management including now a former long time executive from Amazon for COO in the name of Dean Fullerton! Vote YES! Dig that email out and change your vote to Yes from abstaining or no! If it helps you looking for it, I had received it the 26, 27th of December! They were from 2 different brokerage firms in my case!...
