Good to see APLD back up even though I admit I was wrong. I was taking a nap and luckily woke up right when oil started falling. Luckily I sold most of my oil stocks yesterday and was mostly cash, but I'm buying more at these lows. Looks like the best way to play oil is the same as APLD, play it up and down. Cheers!...

$44.1 M is the base lease for 100MW PF1 building. Non HPC data hosting beat yr over yr but down sequentially from last quarter. $109M Adjusted Revenue, and when you back out fit out revenue and energy repayment, $81.8M in recurring lease revenue. $87M was my Estimate. S&G expenses up considerably, will have to dive into these numbers to see what was one off and what will be recurring. Salary through stock was a big oart. Overall it's the kind of report you want to see with only 100MW of HPC generating revenue. Want to hear more about lease negotiations with Delta Forge 1 as that is a key price driver going forward. We are still in the period of success with signed deals vs revenue generation from completed operations....

I have been here since the price was under $3. My cost average is about $5.50. I can tell you with the utmost certainty that all the shorts are out on full force since earnings call. If you are long just relax, APLD is where it should be at this point of building out. Remember every 100MW building will generate at least $44.1 Milliom per quarter or $176.4 million per year in revenue. 3GW of contracts would be equivalent to 30 100MW buildings. The vast majority of debt the company is taking out is to build data centers, not for general company purpose. You only need to hold the stock to make money. Every 6 months in the future will be better than the previous 6 months It's a growth stock, what more could you ask for....

I predicted a Sell the News after ER and that APLD's stock price would drop if ER was bad and it was. Why? Because forward looking guidance which is the most important thing in an ER was bad. Those of you who think that APLD doesn't have a signing in site clearly didn't listen to the ER or you are trusting the shorts too much who are spitting out false info to get you to sell\. All they said was that they wanted to ensure that they would get the best customer possible, not some potentially bad one just to get a deal\. I mean this is great, this is exactly what every shareholder should want\. He also said we should expect a deal announcement in the near future\. How is this bad? I know he's been saying this for a while, but they would not lie\! Signing a good deal takes time\. This company is still in the young stages\. Did you wish you bought NVDA at that time? Their call was not inspiring, same old talking points. More promises and fail to deliver. APLD earnings call yesterday was less than exciting, "ongoing discussions with new tenants" seems to be stale or has stalled out, hard to tell what is going on. Could be some moderate upside by Q3-2027, but that is 18 months from now - but until then NO big upsides without something NEW on tenant front. Debt load expanded 1.6 Billion in last 12 months, and now their debt interest payment of $90 million per quarter + $30 Million OPEX.... this is the old news everyone knows about already. The debt now eats up nearly 100% of 120 Million Quarter Revenue (basically Zero Cash Flow from quarter to quarter for next 18 to 24 months). The Series G facility expanded from $150M (April 2025) all the way up to $1.59B (October 21). I think the C-executives are pumping it up and selling as much as they can. They know something is retail investors don’t. Follow the money. They’ve made 0 purchases and 16 open market sell orders worth millions. Selling millions of dollars of the stock during a growth phase doesn’t sound like they are too confident in the company. Ask yourself why is upper management selling and not buying the dip as you see the pumpers post this over and over again? The amount of interest they have to pay on a billion dollars of debt is crazy. Soon the house of cards will fall on them. This level of debt is unsustainable with so very little revenue....

Everyone needs to settle down and remember if you’re in this for the long haul, yesterday’s call was excellent! They beat revenue, beat earnings, are on track with the construction of PF1 and PF2, other areas of expansion and have multiple hyperscalers they are in negotiations with! Wes is not going to sign just to make a news headline but will sign contract when it is best for APLD! I reiterate my projections of $50 by year end and $100 by end of 2027!...

The crazy thing about earnings release is there are no surprises. APLD leases giant AI data centers and has a legacy data hosting business. No big surprises either way. Its not like they sell sneakers and maybe there was a big increase in sneaker sales. Some revenue and expenses are one off like the $74 million fit out revenue from Q2. This could change as the Power and Cloud units start to generate revenue, but for now there is neither disappointing nor blow out revenue and earnings. GLTA...

The truth about cloud business and $59.7 million write down. The write down is a non cash reversal to non cash accounting when APLD planned to sell the Cloud business. When APLD planned to sell the Cloud business the business had millions in revenue. The business was classified as "held for sale" and accounted for as "discontinued operations", revenue from the business was not included in earnings. Certain positive non cash accounting adjustments were made for this and anticipated sales proceeds. When Management decided to spin out and not sell the Cloud unit, a non cash accounting reversal was made in form of write down. The value of the Cloud business is now off the books. Interestingly, APLD gains non cash assets from owing the spun off company. Shorts won't quit trying to spin ordinary accounting as a negative, you be wiser and understand the Truth....

Just read the earnings transcript; Wes was pretty explicit in pretty much confirming a signed lease before the RFS date (April 18th). Perhaps one reason for pushing earnings report up is to get it out of the way so they can focus on finishing up the lease. Just my opinion....

Each quarter they report more debt than the previous. It’s like saying ya I make $200 million but I owe billions lol. The interest payment alone is more than their revenue so they have to issue more shares and dilute the current shareholders....
